Precautions

Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter, as cat feces may contain Toxoplasma gondii—a parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis. Pregnant or nursing women, as well as children and anyone with a weakened immune system, should avoid handling used cat litter. Always handle litter in a ventilated area to avoid inhalation. Keep contents and packaging out of reach of children and pets. Seek medical help in case of accidental ingestion.

Fill clean litter box with 2 inches of Frisco Crystal Cat Litter. For best results do not mix with other cat litters or additives.
Remove solid waste daily and dispose of in trash. Do not flush. Thoroughly stir/mix the litter to keep crystals fresh.

Additional Instructions:

Every 20-30 days, when odor is no longer controlled, empty entire litter box. Dispose of used litter in trash. Wash box with water and mild detergent, dry, refill.
More than one cat using the litter box can shorten the usage cycle. For 2 cats replace litter every 10-15 days, 3 cats every 7-10 days.

Transition Instructions

For first time users, we recommend a gradual switch to our product. Start with 2/3 of your old cat litter and 1/3 of your new Frisco Litter. Over time, continue to add more of the Frisco Brand until your cat box has fully transitioned to this product.
